The variety is SL-28, 100% Arabica, processed using the traditional Kenyan washed method — selectively harvested, fermented, washed in water channels, and sun-dried on African beds. Flavor notes include cocoa, honey, orange, and pear, with a vibrant acidity and complex fruity profile.
