This is a decaffeinated coffee from Kenya, sourced from the Kahuro, Kiuu, and Kathinthiuku factories in the Nyeri and Tharaka Nithi regions. Grown at an altitude of 1700-1900 meters, this coffee consists of SL28, SL34, and Ruiru 11 varieties. It is processed using the washed method and decaffeinated via the CO2 process. The flavor profile features notes of red grape, black currant, grapefruit, and chocolate. It is suitable for both espresso and filter brewing methods.
Kolna Roastery is a family run operation set in a converted agricultural barn in Lhota, near Benešov, in the Czech countryside. The founders chose to preserve the character of the historic structure while building a modern roasting facility inside it. They offer a broad selection of specialty coffees, from espresso blends with rich chocolate tones to single origins with bright, fruity profiles. The roastery reflects a philosophy rooted in deep coffee knowledge and a connection to the rural landscape that surrounds it.
