This is a single origin coffee from Kenya, grown at Endebess Estate located at the foot of Mount Elgon in Trans Nzoia County, Northern Rift Valley. The coffee is cultivated at high altitude (1,750–1,950 meters) on volcanic soil and processed using the natural method, where beans are dried in the cherry for 21–28 days on raised beds. The estate covers 758 hectares with 248 hectares dedicated to coffee cultivation. The blend includes Batian, Ruiru 11, SL 28, and SL 34 varieties. In the cup, it presents fruity notes of mango, dried fruit, and plum with a smooth, velvet-like body.
An artisanal micro-roastery in the heart of Småland that hand-roasts specialty coffee beans slowly and at lower temperatures to develop their full aroma.
