This is a decaffeinated coffee from Kenya using the CO2 process performed by CR3 in Bremen. Grade AA Top, featuring washed SL-28, SL-34, and Ruiru-11 varieties. Sourced from Nyeri and Tharaka Nithi regions at altitudes of 1600-2000 meters above sea level. The coffee benefits from nutrient-rich red volcanic soil and ideal climate near the equator. Flavor notes include spicy, marzipan, blackcurrant, and chocolate. The Nyeri region in the central highlands between western Mount Kenya and eastern Great Rift Valley is known for producing Kenya's finest coffee.
