The beans are of the SL28, SL34, Batian, and Ruiru varieties and undergo a washed processing method. The flavor profile features notes of gooseberry, blackcurrant cheesecake, jasmine, and lime. This coffee is well-suited for filter brewing methods such as V60, Chemex, and AeroPress.
