A washed single-origin coffee from the Kabingara Coffee Factory in Kenya, part of the Karithathi Farmers Cooperative Society established in the 1960s. Around 1,500 smallholder farms supply ripe, red coffee cherries to the washing station, where the coffee undergoes controlled fermentation, is washed through washing channels, and dried on raised beds for up to 15 days. Described as juicy and vinous with intense sweetness and fruity character, with notes of redcurrant, marzipan, and white chocolate.
