A single-origin coffee from the Komothai estate in the Kiambu region of Kenya, located 14 kilometers north of Nairobi, at 1800–1950 meters altitude. Grown on volcanic soil and processed using the washed method. Varieties include SL-28, SL-34, and Ruiru. The slow ripening climate contributes to natural sweetness, while the volcanic terroir adds complexity and clarity. Flavor notes of raspberry, pomegranate, and citrus. Light roast, optimized for filter brewing.
