A naturally processed coffee from the Gaikundo factory in Nyeri, Kenya, situated at the base of Mt. Kenya at 1800 meters above sea level. Produced by a Farmer's Cooperative Society, the coffee features SL28 and SL34 varieties grown in volcanic, nutrient-rich soil with access to the Rupingazi River. Cherries are handpicked, delivered to the mill the same day, and meticulously sorted. Harvested in 2025, it is roasted for espresso and offers notes of blackcurrant, red plum, grapefruit, with a juicy and sweet character.
