This coffee is a Kenya Nyeri Peaberry from the Honey Cooperative, consisting of SL28 and SL34 varieties grown at 1,400-1,800 meters altitude. It is a washed coffee processed using the wet method. The light-medium roast brings out flavors of blackberry, yuzu/grapefruit, and a candied fruit-like sweet and sour sensation. The peaberry (圆豆) is a rare single bean mutation known for its rounded, fuller body and more concentrated sweetness compared to regular flat beans.
