About This Coffee

A single origin coffee from the Nandi region of Kenya, grown by Dr. Rosebella Langat at Chepsangor Estate at 1,800 meters altitude. The farm benefits from a unique microclimate combining rainfall moisture and warm winds from Lake Victoria with fertile volcanic soils. Made from 100% SL34 and Ruiru Arabica varieties, processed using a natural "sleeping bag" method — cherries are fermented in sealed bags and then dried on African beds. Flavor notes include strawberry, lime, and peach. Recommended for filter preparation. Light roast.
