Kenya Ruka Chui is a single-origin coffee from the Nyeri region of Kenya, grown by various smallholder farms at altitudes between 1600–2000 meters above sea level. The coffee features SL-28 and SL-34 varieties, harvested by hand between October and December. It is washed (wet) processed. Nyeri's red volcanic soil, high mountain terrain, and ideal climate contribute to the coffee's character. It is described as light, clean, and bright with fresh acidity and notes of dark berries.
