A washed Kenya coffee from the Thageini Village in Nyeri, traditionally regarded as the heart of Kenya's specialty coffee. Produced by a cooperative of 465 smallholder farmers, each owning approximately 150 coffee plants, growing on volcanic soils at 1,650–1,790 meters altitude. Features Arabica varieties SL-28 and SL-34, with flavor notes of dark berry, coffee blossom, and lime. Roasted as an espresso profile. Only fully ripe red cherries are hand-picked, depulped, fermented in tanks, and dried over 2–3 weeks.
