From Keramo, Bensa, Sidama, Ethiopia at 2300+ meters elevation, this washed coffee comes from 1,500 small producers via the Keramo Adara Washing Station. The blend includes primarily JARC 74112 and local Ethiopian heirloom Landraces, processed with wet fermentation for 36-72 hours and dried on raised beds for 12-15 days. Light roast with notes of peach, sweet tea, floral characteristics, stewed berries, and lemon.
