Kickstart is a South American espresso blend of coffees from Colombia, Peru, and Brazil, roasted to a medium-dark profile. The blend includes mixed/various varieties and is processed using washed and natural methods from elevations of about 1070–2000 masl. Tasting notes emphasize dark chocolate, brown sugar, and caramel with a full, syrupy body. Roasted for consistency across brewing methods, it is suited for both espresso and filter preparations.
