About This Coffee

This coffee is a single-origin lot from the Kirinyaga region of Kenya, grown at an altitude of 1900 meters. It is produced by the Karimukui Factory, part of the Rungeto Cooperative. The coffee consists of SL28 and SL34 varieties and is processed using the K72 washed method, which involves hand-sorting, fermentation, and 14 days of drying on raised beds. This process results in a cup with notable clarity and structure, featuring flavor notes of rose, yuzu, ume, and honey.
