This coffee is sourced from Kiyonza Hill in Ngoma, Nyaruguru, Rwanda, and features cherries from 60 smallholder producers. It is processed at the Fugi Washing Station, owned by Baho Coffee and Emmanuel Rusatira. The coffee is Red Bourbon variety, grown at 1,700-1,900 meters altitude. It is washed and dried on raised beds. The flavor profile features fragrant jasmine and orange notes mellowed by rich and complex date sweetness, showcasing the classic rich sweetness paired with delicate florals characteristic of Rwandan coffees.
