
About This Coffee
Koji is a Colombian microlot from Tolima (1200–1900 MASL), produced by Shady Brothers (Finca El Vergel). The beans are Pink Bourbon varietal, processed with a Koji-influenced natural method and sun-dried. Roast is medium, producing a sweet, full-bodied cup with pronounced notes of prune, blueberry, blood orange, bourbon whiskey, dried pineapple, maple syrup and liquorice candy.
