This natural process coffee originates from Koke in the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia, grown at 1900 meters elevation by smallholder farmers in garden coffee systems. The Ethiopian Landrace variety cherries are dried whole on raised African beds for 18-30 days to allow fruit sugars to infuse into the beans. The coffee features delicate lilac floral notes, sapphire grape sweetness, and tropical papaya character with a clean, expressive filter profile.
