A light-roasted washed coffee from Ethiopia’s Sidamo region, sourced from Logita Washing Station (Guji/Sidamo area) at 2100–2300 meters. Processing is washed (wet), with notes of honey, apricot, clementine, black tea and a floral aroma. Cupping notes describe a clean, sweet, elegant profile.
