Komodo Dragon Coffee is a medium roast single origin from Indonesia's Flores Island, cultivated by various smallholder farms. It is semi-washed and sun-dried, presenting a medium acid profile (pH 5.1). The flavor profile includes cocoa, floral, and tobacco notes, delivering a smooth and exotic taste.
Volcanica Coffee began in 2004 when Costa Rican-born Maurice Contreras started importing richly flavored beans from volcanic regions right out of his garage. What began as a side passion soon grew into a family-run specialty roaster, roasting on demand in Atlanta and sending each batch out within a day. Their approach is simple, unyielding: showcase terroir-driven, exotic single-origin beans from volcanic soils, roast them with care, and ship only when they’re at their freshest.
