This is a honey-processed Gesha coffee from Panama, produced by Ricardo Koyner at the Las Brujas farm in the Boquete highlands. The coffee grows at 1,800 meters altitude and offers aromatic notes of jasmine, peach, and orange blossom. The hot cup reveals jasmine, peach, honey, pineapple, and sugary panella with a silky smooth touch. As it cools, fresh peach, jasmine, and orange emerge with a clean, sweet, and expressive long tropical finish. The Koyner family has been farming in Boquete since 1913, with four generations continuing their legacy in Panama's renowned coffee region.
