La Amistad is a specialty coffee from Jinotega, Nicaragua, produced by Francisco Javier Valle Garcia. Grown at 1,200 meters altitude in volcanic soil, the coffee features Catuaí and Caturra varieties processed by fully washed method. This soft and supple coffee offers a delicate acidity with prominent notes of caramel, apricot, and milk chocolate, finishing with a sweet butter caramel character and rich caramel aroma.
