This coffee is produced by Juan Saldarriaga at the La Claudina farm in the Antioquia region of Colombia, situated at an altitude of 1400-1800 meters. The farm cultivates a variety of cultivars including Castillo, Caturra, Tabi, Bourbon, Geisha, and SL28. The coffee is processed using a natural method (bærtørket). It features a flavor profile characterized by notes of tropical fruit, plum, caramel, and cocoa.
