This coffee comes from La Divina Providencia farm in the Apaneca Ilamatepec mountain range in western El Salvador, specifically from the Santa Ana volcano region at 1700 meters altitude. The farm is owned by fifth-generation coffee farmer Roberto Ulloa and his son Bobby Jr. The land sits on fertile volcanic slopes and was originally planted in the late 19th century. This lot is SL28 variety processed using the washed method. The cup profile features dark chocolate, cranberries, and caramel, with a clean and crisp profile reminiscent of Bourbon with enhanced red fruit notes.
