Nicaraguan single origin coffee produced by Luis Alberto Balladarez in Nueva Segovia from the La Esperanza farm located in the Dipilto and Jalapa mountain range. The coffee is a Caturra variety grown at 1500 meters altitude and processed using the experimental Natural Mystic method, where cherries are fermented underwater with varied resting periods before drying on raised African beds under shade for approximately 25 days. Flavor notes include lemon, raspberry, and white sugar, with a clean, crisp, and complex profile.
