La Joya Natural is a Colombian coffee produced by third-generation producer Yermy Pedraza in the Nariño region. This coffee is a blend of Bourbon, Pink Bourbon, Castillo, Caturra, and Colombia varietals. The cherries underwent natural processing with anaerobic fermentation for five days, followed by 10 days on raised beds and two days in a mechanical drier. The result is a sweet cup with pronounced notes of dark cherry and blackberries.
