La Rosita is a washed Catuai coffee from Panama, part of the 2025 harvest. The coffee features aromatic notes of linden and orange blossom, with tasting notes of cranberry, red apple, orange, white grape, and fresh fruits. Bakery-like flavors include rooibos tea and raisin cookies. It has medium body with low viscosity and a crisp, clean finish, balanced by medium-strength acidity (malic, citric, and tartaric) and fruit juice sweetness.
