This coffee is a Geisha variety cultivated by Wilford Lamastus in the highlands of Panama at 1,800 meters above sea level. Through a natural process, each cherry is carefully dried whole to concentrate fruit-forward sweetness. The cup presents juicy notes of peach, jasmine, and lychee with elegant brightness, layered over a silky texture and refined acidity. This is a collaboration between Wilford Lamastus and The Espresso Lab.
