This is a rare Panamanian Geisha microlot cultivated by Wilford Lamastus at 1,800 meters elevation in the Boquete region. The coffee undergoes a Natural DRD (Dried Cherry) process, where cherries are carefully dried whole to concentrate fruit-forward sweetness. The cup features an elegant, complex flavor profile with prominent jasmine and bergamot aromatics, layered with juicy notes of peach, papaya, blackberry, and nectarine. It offers a silky texture with lively, refined acidity—a hallmark of exceptional high-altitude Geisha coffee.
