Natural Geisha coffee from El Burro Estate in Boquete, Panama, grown at 1600-1700 meters elevation in young volcanic soils within the Baru Volcano National Park. Processed using Anaerobic Slow Dry (ASD) method, where whole cherries are slowly dried in sealed tanks for 3 days. Light roast with elegant Chardonnay notes, sparkling red grape, and blackberry flavors that develop complexity as the coffee cools.

Founded in 2020 at the onset of the COVID 19 pandemic, Moonwake Coffee Roasters emerged from the passion of two former tech engineers, Ming Wood from Tesla and Mabel Yeung from Meta. What began as Ming's personal coffee project within Tesla's internal coffee club evolved into a full roastery operation after both founders chose to leave their tech careers to pursue coffee full time between 2023 and 2024.
