A specialty Arabica blend from the three cordilleras of Colombia, sourced from regions including Buesaco (Nariño), Aratoca (Santander), Cauca, Tolima, and Huila. Transported by sailboat from Santa Marta. The blend combines multiple processing methods: classic fully washed from Cauca, anaerobic natural from Tolima, and washed Pink Bourbon from Huila. Scored 84.5 points. Tasting notes include tree nuts, cocoa, dark chocolate, and lemon, offering a lively, fruity, and spiced cup. Dried on patios, hand-harvested at up to 2,200 meters altitude.

Fabry sources his green beans through direct trade channels, prioritizing traceable single origins that tell a story of their terroir. Each batch is roasted on site with careful attention to preserving the distinct characteristics of its origin.
