Las Brumas Natural Gesha is produced by Ernesto Menéndez at Las Brumas farm located in the Apaneca-Ilamatepec Mountain Range, Santa Ana, El Salvador. The coffee is grown at elevations between 1460 and 2000 meters above sea level. The Gesha varietal is processed using the natural method. The coffee trees at Las Brumas are spread out in the forest to be grown as "wild" as possible without interfering with nature. This coffee features a sweet aroma with juicy flavors of peach and a bright, acidic finish of lime juice. The mouthfeel is velvety with an exceptionally clear and light body.
An award-winning Stockholm roastery and café known for direct relationships with producers and a roasting style that emphasizes clarity, acidity, and sweetness.
