This coffee is from Finca Las Brumas in the Santa Ana region of El Salvador, grown at 2000 meters altitude. The variety is Pacamara, processed using the honey method. Evan Inatome and his brother in law Winston Justice, a former Philadelphia Eagles offensive tackle, founded Elixr Coffee in 2010 on Walnut Street in Center City Philadelphia. The roastery now operates seven locations across Philadelphia, State College, Nashville, and Philadelphia International Airport's Terminal B. Elixr specializes in lighter roasted coffees with a focus on sourcing quality, and holds Fair Trade and Organic certifications.
