Las Delicias is a coffee from the Montecillos region in the La Paz department of Honduras, grown at an altitude near the Café de Marcala protected area. The coffee is produced on a farm established 45 years ago, featuring clay-loam soil and a moderate climate. The Pacas variety is grown in the shade of banana trees. This coffee is processed using the honey method, resulting in a cup with notes of white grape, juicy nectarine, and fresh forest berries. It offers a medium-full, velvety body with vibrant, balanced acidity and a long, clean, fruity finish.
