About This Coffee

This coffee is produced by the Mierisch family at Las Delicias farm in Lipululu, Jinotega region, Nicaragua. The farm spans 20 manzanas (approximately 13 hectares) at an elevation of 1450-1500 meters above sea level. The coffee is Java varietal, fully washed processed. The beans are washed and density-separated at the farm before being transported to the processing station where they are de-pulped, fermented overnight, and dried on raised beds. Harvested from January to February 2025. The flavor profile features notes of dried apricot, apricot, brown sugar, and citric zest with a cooling finish and a light to medium mouthfeel reminiscent of elderflower lemonade.
