This is a Limited Edition double washed Geisha coffee from Las Marías Estate in Huila, Colombia. The coffee grows at elevations between 1800-2050 meters and is produced by third-generation farmer José Giraldo and his wife María Rivera. The meticulous double washed process involves three stages of fermentation (12 hours in closed tank, 24 hours open tank, then 24 hours open-air) followed by careful drying on raised African beds for approximately 25 days. The Geisha variety presents a sparkling and complex flavor profile with jasmine, lemongrass, sweet citrus, and rosé wine notes.
