Las Perlitas is a coffee from Huila, Colombia, comprised of Pink Bourbon and Caturra varieties grown by smallholder farmers in Santa Maria, Garzon, Pitalito and Palestina at 1600-2000 meters elevation. This washed coffee offers cascading layers of juicy tropical and jammy stone fruits with a light and complex sweetness in the finish. The coffee is a result of combining nano lots from farmers with plots averaging under 5 hectares to create larger, export-size lots based on cup profile.
