Las Perlitas is a regional lot of washed Chiroso coffee from Urrao, Antioquia, Colombia, coordinated by The Coffee Quest. Sourced from multiple smallholder producers at 1900-2300 meters elevation, this coffee features fermentation lasting 24-48 hours before depulping to enhance fruity flavors and complexity. The light roast presents prominent damson plum and cherry coke notes upfront, with a soft lemon cake body and lingering dark chocolate finish.
