This coffee is a single origin from Myanmar, specifically grown at the Lat Pan Pin farm in Ywangan, Shan State at 1200-1350 meters altitude. The beans are Catuai varietal processed using an experimental anaerobic honey method with added yeast and jasmine extract. The cherries are double anaerobic fermented for 5 days then dried on raised beds for 10-14 days. The coffee presents jasmine and rose floral notes in the cup.
