This organic Honduran coffee from the Marcala region is grown by Señora Flhor and her family using biodynamic farming techniques. The Red and Yellow Catuai varieties are cultivated at 1,400 meters altitude and processed via washed method. The medium roast delivers a full-bodied cup with smooth chocolate and caramel aromas, featuring deep chocolate flavors, mild green apple-like acidity, and lingering sweetness with nutty, buttery, and fruity notes complemented by subtle floral undertones.
