This single-origin coffee from Peru is grown at El Diamante farm in the San José de Lourdes district at 1900 meters altitude. Produced by Lenin Flores, a third-generation coffee grower focused on specialty coffee quality, this lot consists of Caturra, Pache, and Catuai varieties processed using the washed method. The 2025 harvest coffee features medium body with raspberry and orange notes, a Lotus biscuit aftertaste, medium acidity, and high sweetness. The region's high rainfall and cooler temperatures at over 1900 meters contribute to a unique cup profile with citrus notes and a rare buttery characteristic.
Randall Coffee Roasters was founded in 2013 by Barry Randall and Miguel inside Mercado de Vallehermoso, one of Madrid's revitalised market halls. They were among the first micro roasteries in the city's specialty coffee scene. Single origin coffees are roasted weekly for freshness and supplied to several Madrid businesses. The operation also distributes premium equipment from brands like La Marzocco and Victoria Arduino, and provides consulting for new coffee space openings, covering everything from space planning to licensing.
