This coffee is a Wush Wush variety from Finca Zarza in the Huila region of Colombia, grown at an altitude of 1800 meters. It undergoes an advanced double anaerobic fermentation process followed by washing. The resulting cup is sweet and fruity, featuring distinct tasting notes of raspberry, vanilla, and pink gummies.
