About This Coffee

Los Naranjales is a washed espresso coffee from the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala, grown at 1750 meters altitude by producer Francisco Morales on his farm La Democracia. The farm benefits from a unique microclimate near the Mexican border, with warm winds, cold mountain temperatures, and long dry summers. The coffee is made from Caturra and Bourbon varieties, with 40 hours of cherry fermentation and 50% shade drying. It offers notes of vanilla, milk chocolate, malt, and sweet orange with a smooth, elegant texture and superb balance.
