This Geisha variety coffee is produced by the Rodriguez family at Las Alasitas farm in Bolivia, situated at an altitude of approximately 1,642 meters. The coffee is processed using the washed method. It offers a soft and slightly fruity profile, characterized by the elegance of green tea, the vivacity of citrus, and a tropical sweetness reminiscent of guava. The cool climate and distinct day-night temperature variations at the farm contribute to slow cherry maturation, enhancing sugar development and complexity in the cup.
