Los Tres Potros El Salvador Espresso is made from Pacamara variety beans processed by the Natural method. The coffee originates from the Apaneca-Llamatepec region of El Salvador, grown at 1500 meters altitude on a family-operated farm with fertile soils and biological fertilization. It features flavor notes of muscovado sugar, melon, and cashew, with a silky mouthfeel and a sweet, nutty finish.
Originally established in 2002 by founders Sascha Spittel and Robert Stock as Tres Cabezas and rebranded to 19grams in 2018, this Berlin-based roastery has been a pioneer in bringing specialty coffee to Germany when the movement was barely recognized in the country.
