This coffee is a Geisha variety from Panama, grown at 1,800 meters altitude. Produced by Franz Zeimetz through Lost Origin Coffee Lab in Panama City, it undergoes a Natural Yeast Control processing method. Hand-harvested cherries from Boquete are transported in refrigerated trucks and fermented in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature, pressure, and agitation using specialized yeast and bacterial strains. The coffee is then dried through a three-stage process in climate-controlled rooms with humidity regulation and air filtration. The tasting profile features tangerine, raspberry, and floral notes.
