This coffee is a 50/50 blend of natural and washed processed Parainema variety from Las Delicias, El Paraíso, Honduras. Produced by husband and wife Danilo and Yensi Sanchez at 1350-1500 meters altitude. Danilo's natural processed coffee is blended with Yensi's washed processed coffee. The roast level is medium-light, creating a unique citrusy profile with huge aromatics and chocolate dipped strawberry sweetness.
