This is an anaerobic natural coffee from Luis Eduardo Campos at Cordillera de Fuego farm in Costa Rica. Luis Eduardo has owned and founded Cordillera de Fuego since 1984. The coffee features a unique anaerobic processing method that creates a pronounced cinnamon note and complex flavor profile. The cup presents delicate warmth with notes of cinnamon, hibiscus, strawberry, lemongrass, and tea rose.
