This is a Geisha variety coffee from Peru, produced by Tito Cachay. Grown using agroforestry methods under a well-shaded canopy of trees, completely free from synthetic inputs, in harmony with natural ecosystems including Kataleya orchids. The coffee is carefully handpicked, de-pulped, and fermented. It features a delicate and floral character with impressive vibrancy, offering notes of pomelo, honey melon, and perfumed flowers characteristic of the Geisha variety. The cup is clean and expressive.
