Olisipo Coffee Roasters

Named after the ancient Roman name for Lisbon, Olisipo Coffee Roasters was founded by Antony Watson and Sofia Gonçalves with a mission to honor their city's history of exploration. Their roasting style is dedicated to showcasing the stories and distinct flavors of these origins.
